Your Double Close.
Funded Same Day.
Omnia Capital Funding provides same-day transactional capital for real estate wholesalers executing simultaneous closings. Fund the A-to-B transaction and execute the B-to-C without tying up your own cash. No seasoning. No questions about your balance sheet.
"The deal exists. The buyer is in place. We simply make the calendar work."
Transactional funding — also known as same-day funding or flash funding — is short-term capital designed specifically for real estate wholesalers executing back-to-back closings on the same property.
In a double close, you purchase the property from the original seller (the A-to-B transaction), then immediately sell it to your end buyer (the B-to-C transaction). Omnia Capital Funding provides the funds needed for the A-to-B side of the close. Once your end buyer funds, the loan is repaid — typically within one to five business days.
Streamlined Approval
No personal income verification. No seasoning requirements. No balance sheet scrutiny. We evaluate the transaction itself.

Executed with Precision. Funded in Hours.
Here is exactly how a transactional funding double close works with Omnia Capital:
1.You execute a purchase contract with the original seller (Party A) and simultaneously hold a sale contract with your end buyer (Party C).
2.You submit both contracts to Omnia Capital Funding along with your closing timeline and title company information.
3.We review the transaction and issue a funding commitment — typically within a few hours.
4.On closing day, Omnia funds the A-to-B closing. You take title to the property.
5.Immediately after, your end buyer funds the B-to-C closing. Title transfers to them.
6.Omnia is repaid from the B-to-C proceeds. Your profit — the spread between the two purchase prices — is disbursed at closing.
